We are now opening a office in Hangzhou and looking for someone that wants a challenge and the responsibility to manage entire projects for foreign customers.

·Implementing quality systems to be followed byall existing and future suppliers
·Performing regular audits to programs currentlyin progress

• Co-ordinating shipping, preparing and sending documents,preparing payments for shipping

      Handling BOLs (Bill of Loading), packing lists, commercialinvoices, LCs (Letter of Credit)

• Organizing reports of factories visited, gatheringmarketing materials, taking photos, doing background checks, collectinginformation (customer references, financial info, factory capacity, customerlist, machine list etc)

• Visiting factories used by SVG to oversee projects forforeign customers

• Email communication with foreign customers and Chinesesuppliers

• Coordinating domestic shipping and product consolidation

• Managing expense reports, consolidating accountinginformation

• Maintaining central information source for SVG projects forcustomers as required (photos of production, schedules, inventories)

• Organizing customer visits (hotels, transportation)

) d  @9 F# @9 O/ e6 _6 l0 dWe are looking for a young energetic accountant to help manage ouraccounting needs.
3 o& q, n$ n+ m$ E6 j  HThe candidate should be familiar with spreadsheetsand the basic principles of accounting. Words like ledgers, balancesheets and income statements should be somewhat familiar.

8 A* ~( z- X. V2 B$ s3 i1-2 years of experience is required but not limited. Flesh graduated is also welcomed to apply for this position.
