* o# I9 W7 h- v2 j% w. Q" C杂志上的论文，于2007年3月在国际心血管杂志发表。令人气愤和发指的是，薛
等竟然完全抄袭论文，连插图都几乎未做修改。以下是Andrew R. Marks给国际
心血管杂志主编的投诉信，附带两篇论文。

Dear Dr. Coats:
It has come to my attention that a paper by Shu-ren Xue published in
the International Journal of Cardiology "Carvedilol restore cardiac
4 g: M4 m/ T% e5 j) icalcium release channel structure and function in heart failure" vol
, p9 g4 I8 P) K  K116, pages 231-235 (attached) is a blatant and outrageous plagiarism
of a paper from my lab (also attached) published in Circulation in
8 O) l' F' @2 \, b* Y/ r2001.
The figure in the Xue et al paper was copied from my paper!  Much of
2 O2 r, _7 c+ g0 Bthe text was also copied.
I leave it to you to decide how to handle this situation but at the
very least I would expect the paper to be retracted, and the deans at
the authors' institutions contacted to report this blatant fraud.  I
am happy to say that in my five years as editor of the JCI I never
: f: t2 z* `8 E, M' `4 usaw such an outrageous incident!
