Recruitment Specialist/Recruitment coordinator（某大型知名外资企业急招招聘专员3名）。

Location：HangZhou 杭州
Responsibilities:
•      Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
•      Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
•      Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up  administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
•      Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
: B9 O' o; Z8 Z4 X: X% e/ e•      Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
6 j# u1 `8 B* M% b•      Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

Essential :
•      College or bachelor degree above;
•      Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;
•      Strong experience with  internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)

•      Responsible and reliable
•      To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment  will be preferred;
