Essential Functions (Responsibilities):; {0 H6 s0 D, z" M9 ]* u
- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:
8 n% T# e: A( y. z3 t- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods. Y8 L' M" }$ W8 x2 j9 f
- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs# z% z% O' M+ y' l8 ^
- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.- j2 B$ a7 `3 ^ h
- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations./ k) l/ B }# G; W- M3 m# J
- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.
! o1 i8 n$ C: Y: i) |- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees+ b! M6 R3 k7 L3 c. V- Z* n$ Q9 j s) o
-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office) H4 A( b+ n3 l2 z- A- l, h
-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.

0 V' {6 T6 D2 x& B! J- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience. 2 l& h) }' h: ]6 X& |* \
- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters ! ?( U3 h, t( U2 w+ w- g
- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment
\2 ~, L2 u- S- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.
